This guide provides step-by-step instructions for whitelisting the optilyz domain to allow third-party cookies on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers.


Whitelisting optilyz.com (or specific subdomains used by optilyz) is necessary if you have strict browser or network security settings that block third-party cookies by default. Our application uses Cookies strictly for authentication and authorization purposes.

Google Chrome

Accessing Cookie Settings

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner of Chrome.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Privacy and security.
  4. Click Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data in older versions).


Adding optilyz to the Allow List

  1. Under Sites that can always use cookies (or similar heading), click the Add button.
  2. In the pop-up box, enter the domain: [*.]optilyz.com (The [*.] ensures that all subdomains, like events.optilyz.com, are included).
  3. Click Add.

Mozilla Firefox

Accessing Cookie Settings

  1. Click the three-line menu (☰) in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the left navigation panel, click Privacy & Security.


Adding optilyz to the Exceptions

  1. Under the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, ensure it is set to Standard or Custom (if custom, ensure Cookies are not set to block all third-party cookies).
  2. Click the Manage Exceptions... button.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the domain: optilyz.com
  4. Click Allow.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
